Large Scale Acrylic on Canvas by Helena Kennedy Here are a few examples of my large scale landscape artwork. These pieces reflect my personal interest in archaeology and ancient sites. I have done work by commission and for friends, and am available to undertake further projects at very reasonable rates. If you wish to make an enquiry, please e mail art commission enquiry giving details of the subject matter. Thankyou. | Another carved stone from Anglesey, this one in the south at the Bryn Celli Ddu chamber. I was adventurous with this one and used plaster to make the stone. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Two of a Nine Stones Close tryptich, the missing one and the moonlit one having been seized upon by family and friends. Nine Stones close, or the Grey Ladies are Derbyshire's tallest standing stones and have a fantastic view to the dramatic rock outcrop known as Robin Hood's Stride. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

A painting where I attempted to emulate the style of Anglesey artist Wilf Roberts whom I greatly admire. I still had a lot to learn and have often considered over painting it. A rainy day project. The painting is of Lligwy farm viewed from the remains of a Romano-Celtic village dating from the 4th century. |
